Wooden key cards

As we know, wood is an eco-friendly material that could be degraded. Therefore, it’s widely applied for making all kinds of cards instead of PVC.

Currently, we provides 3 kinds of wood for making RFID cards and magnetic stripe cards; bamboo, maple and cherry.

Available sizes: CR80 or customized
Available thickness: 0.5mm to 2.0 mm optional (tolerance 0.1-0.2 mm)
(from our experience, the most frequently used thickness for hotel key card is 1.2 mm)

Available technology:
Magnetic Stripe (Loco 300 Oe, 600 Oe, Hico 2750 Oe, 4000 Oe)
RFID (LF, HF, NFC, UHF or any 2 of them)

Available crafts: offset printing, silkscreen printing, UV printing, laser engraving, digital printing, hollow engraving, foil stamped, barcode, QR code

Numbering: thermal transfer, UV, laser engraving.

Notice: the grains of the wood are random, we can’t make the same grain for each card.

Life time: 10 years or above if used properly.
